National Salt Awareness Week 2010 - Salt and your health

1st - 7th February 2010 This year the overall campaign will focus ‘Salt and Your Health’. We wish to raise awareness that a high salt diet can not only lead to high blood pressure, but to osteoporosis, obesity, stomach cancer, kidney stones, and stroke
CASH are working with a number of charities this year. Together, we aim to highlight to the public the risks involved with a high salt diet and the importance of looking at labels to ensure high salt foods are not consumed.

choose your own event - anything goes as long as it's red!

Tinnitus Awareness Week

‘Tinnitus Awareness Week’, previously known as ‘National Tinnitus Week’, will be the focus of a UK-wide campaign in which the BTA aims to encourage better tinnitus awareness.
During Tinnitus Awareness Week the British Tinnitus Association will be highlighting the valuable support service it provides and hopes to raise awareness of the freephone helpline 0800 018 0527 and website www.tinnitus.org.uk.
